You can return most new, unopened, or defective items within 14-30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund, under the conditions outlined below.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
You must have proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or invoice).
The return request must be submitted within 14-30 days of receiving your order.
Note: The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards and downloadable software
Clearance or final-sale products
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification

Wait for Approval:
Our support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization with the appropriate return address.(usually the supplier's return address)
Ship the Item:
Once authorized, return the item using the instructions provided. Please do not return products to the manufacturer directly or without prior approval.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
For “free shipping” orders, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect, or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For all other cases (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Orders can be canceled only before our supplier confirms or processes the order.
Once the supplier has placed or begun fulfilling your order, it can no longer be canceled, as the product is already being prepared for shipment.
